By accessing or using Subathon Assistant ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Subathon Assistant provides a subathon timer, goals management, and OBS overlay for Twitch streamers. The Service is provided as-is; we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

3. Use of the Service

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with Twitch's terms and applicable laws. You are responsible for your use of the Service and any content you create or display.

4. Intellectual Property

Subathon Assistant and its branding are owned by us. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our materials without permission. Your content remains yours; you grant us limited rights to operate and improve the Service.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability is limited to one hundred US dollars (USD $100) or the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, whichever is greater.

6. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. We will post the updated terms on this page and update the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
